It's an overflow tunnel. We don't have much water here in Flagstaff but we do have some washes that, when full, need somewhere to go. This is one of those places they go.

This is a very interesting shot. The reflections are wild, disorienting almost. I'd love to know what this is exactly.
In my opinion this is the most stylish graffiti post of DP family so far.
